There really isn't a best active shutter display on the market right now. The best you can do is make a non 3d monitor work with the active shutter glasses. Ive successfully used 3d vision on a 32 samsung odyssey G7, though the timing of the glasses will have to be tuned to the monitor (which can be frustrating if youre impatient). Otherwise, it works great, though the BFI on the G7 isn't that good and not very useful for 3d.

If you want something bigger, the oled line of monitors will suite your needs. Look into the 39inch or 45" 2024 LG oled gaming monitors. They should be perfect for 3d vision use because they can get alot brighter than older oled monitors. Of course, you'll have to figure out how to do the EDID display override to trick your gpu into having a 3d vision monitor hooked up. All is explained in the thread about the samsung odyssey G7.

I just got a 4k 42 oled monitor, im not sure if it will work due to the resolution, but I will post about if I can get it working.

Also, SAmsung is coming out with larger 4k 3d glass free monitors. I'm thinking they are based off of the G7 VA panel. These could potentially work with 3d vision as well with the same EDID override trick. But who knows how well the 3d glass free will be, or if it will become more supported in the future, or if it's just a gimmick to get people to buy their monitors. If it does become more popular, I bet more monitors will come out with it.

Oled monitors will be perfectly suited for 3d vision gaming though, because of how fast their pixel response is, and with no ghosting or overdrive shadows like on LCD panels.

I have heard of someone posting about being able to get a LG C1 working, but these older oleds are quite dim for the active shutter glasses. You'd need about 250 nits of fullscreen brightness see it comfortably through the active shutter glasses.

NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 glasses are not fully compatible with most 3D TVs, including the Samsung UE55D8000, due to different 3D syncing protocols. Samsung 3D TVs typically require their own proprietary active shutter glasses,Incredibox Colorbox Mustard which sync directly with the TV’s built-in 3D transmitter.
