Roughly every 30 minutes of gameplay, my left/right blacking out gets swapped.
Can others post what they've experienced?
A friend of mine mentioned his swap also, causing him to lose the 3d viewing.
For me, disabling/enabling back and forth a few times usually fixes it, but I wish it never happened.
Please let me know what your experience is with it.
Thanks.

When running the 6800Ultra card i got swapped L/R often when playing Prey... Have some settings to figure out about that game anyway (no crosshair so far). Restarting the game often solves the problem. Don't know why it happened though. Also happened once or while in tombraider Legends.
edit: The images were never swapped while running the game, only when starting it. After shifting to projectors a had this phenomena with Prey only. (Hotswapping vga-contacts is not recommended since i burnt one of the outputs from my 6800Ultra card ...). Now running a 7900GT card in waiting for good stereo-drivers for the 8800GTX. Have some testing to do for getting Prey work properly.

Prey gave some trouble too, on my 6800gt.
Not only swapping but completely disabling stereo after a few swaps, only thing that helped is a cold boot (meaning shutdown, no just restart), otherwise there was no stereo at all in any game, even the medical test failed.
I'm guessing it had something to do with the drivers being buggy, although at the time I was using a whql pair.
No problems with legend here, not counting the low fps

Thanks to everyone for your help and input on this.
I did notice in tomb raider anniversary that one time
it was getting in and out of 3-D about every 10 seconds.
And it seemed to be the swapping of left and right.
But exiting the game and then restarting, the next time I didn't
have any problems. That still doesn't get to the heart of why my
racing game swaps every 20 minutes or so, but at least it was
reassuring that sometimes I can fix a problem just by
exiting the game and starting again.
Thanks again.
