About what's to the right of the shoutbox

To the right of the shoutbox, I get an error message. It says :
Server offline or changing maps.
Please try again later.
(No data received. )

It's been like that since a long time ago. I'm wondering what this is and if I'm the only one seeing this or not.

Has to be fixed!
It is from Ventrilo. We have to activate our own server...my fault.

Should be time to start off some online gaming again among mtbs members! Fearcombat, tf2, trackmania among others.
Fearcombat with flesh flying all over is unforgetable.
