Re: Some questions about 3D projectors

i was curious about this also and i couldnt find quite enough information either
i found some threads where people talk about needing to build their own glasses sync devices using things like rasberry pi, in order to get modern 3d-capable projectors to work right. then they tell 3dvision to use a custom EDID or they use the crt profiles.
i got the impression that unless you already have a 3dvision projector it is better to get a modern 3d-capable projector and just try to make it compatible with extra hardware/software. however the nvidia 3dvision glasses themselves seem to still be preferred if you can get them. i dont know for sure
if you're getting one for games also be sure to check the input latency! some 3d projectors are just too slow
i cant help much but i hope you get replies and write about any success!
