Another game that could be a possible Nvidia3DVision would be "Lord of the Rings: Gollum".
It comes with Unreal Engine 4 !

Are they DX11 capable or DX12 only games (no DX12 solution exists)? Note that even a recent DX11 capable game, Callisto Protocol, does not work with Losti’s UF.
Dual boot VR/3D Vision disk partitioning (multiple SSDs). 3D Vision - Windows 10 v1809, 425.31 driver, 32 GB, i9-9900X@4.5 GHz, hybrid-cooled 2080Ti, 4K LG E6 OLED TV with EDID. VR/geo-11 - 3080Ti with Vive Pro 2, also have Aero, wireless lens-modified Vive Pro, Index, Reverb G2, Pimax 8K.

Callisto Protocol may need more time to be compatible with UE4. They said they were using a more advanced version of UE4 without being UE5. Maybe it requires more work than the Hackers-Shaders to make it work in 3D.
The last of Us does not say anything in the specs about whether it is DX11 or 12, but there is a clue that makes you think it will be DX12 and that is that it has compatibility with the DLSS and therefore same graphics engine as Uncharted 4 I guess it is DX12.
