got my new iz3d and i have an odd issue

whenever i play a game in 3d if i leave a web browser open in the background when i close the game the browser gets left on the front screen. its not a problem to fix as i just select move from the menu in the taskbar and it snaps back to the back screen, its just kinda odd.
any ideas? i think it may be the video card as it used to do this with my dual monitor setup before. oh well. im getting a new video card on monday.

try to minimize browser window, move it to the front screen and maximize again - it may help

also hold ALt (key) and press Tab (key) thisd allows you to switch between apps
