GeForce GO 7600 (Laptop) VISTA: Can it go S3D ?

I tried the following combo:

- newest stereo driver 174.76 from Guru3D for Vista
- HP tailored Forceware drive 98.15 (newest from HP), come with the laptop.

Got the stereo control panel and test the only mode avail. ie anaglypth but the medical test is two separated images. There is no depth.

Anyone knows how to make this laptop works in S3D please share your experience.

The new Vista only 3D driver from Nvidia works with the Zalman 3D monitors+polarised glasses OR any monitor+red blue glasses. That's what it says here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d_stereo.html

If You can't get that to work, You could try iZ3D's 3D driver instead of Nvidia's.

Visat and stereo-3d is a black hole for me. I have only experience of good ol, now ancient nvidiadrivers which actually were very good. But later on i use the iz3d drivers both for my monitor and the projector rig.

As far my knowledge goes it can be trickier to get stereo-3d running on laptops (probably that -GO in the model number). But you can always give it a try!

Thank you guys, I've downloaded and tried Iz3D driver. My laptop now goes S3D anaglyph! However ther is no profile for TR Legend that comes with the driver (1.09) and with my limited time to play with the setting I couldn't get the S3D effect to work properly. DR
