Games crash upon launch due to init of DX11 devices

Hi all,
I'm using the lastest version of Vireio Perception (3.0.1) with Oculus Runtime 0.8.
When I run CSGO and my other d3d9 apps with Vireio, sometimes it crashes on startup.
The debugger pointed that there is an Access Violation exception at the following line:
m_copyDX11.Context->OMSetRenderTargets
in OculusDirectToRiftView::DX11RenderThread_InitDevices function.
I usually need to run (click) the apps several times to get it works fine with Vireio and Oculus DK2.
Could someone please help me remove the bug?
