galaxy s4 just the lcd with a hdmi/vga input its possible?

anyone knows a way to connect galaxy s4 display (only lcd display, without the entire cellphone) in pc, through hdmi, vga or something like that?
they have a 1080p lcd screen, i think this is very good for diy hmds. but how can i buy this lcd and connect in my pc as a monitor?
