Went Jogging across SecondLife with Rift

I went jogging (in place) across the SecondLife mainland today. I hang my rift from the ceiling to deal with the cable mess and I put some weights in a backpack and wore that so I'd work up a sweat. Works well! Can't wait for the Virtuix Omni, though. Hurry up Jan!

I have hooked up my android IMU so it sends a UDP packet to a java keyboard server. It presses the "W" key whenever it detects me taking a step (plus a bunch of other logic).

Anyways, great fun. Anyone who whinges about latency and secondlife btw, is wrong. I never experienced any latency at all. (Admittedly, I was jogging around rather than flying at top speed).
