New driver interacts with Oculus Configuration Utility now.

Hi !

Today i added Oculus Configuration Utility interactivity. That means that the driver now detects the current user profile from the utility folder, imports IPD settings and displays the user profiles name. Watch the simple how-to-video !

If there is no oculus user profile present, it actually takes the IPD-settings from the "cfg\user.xml" file, otherwise it overwrites those settings with the IPD setting from the utility.

Please post if you have suggestions. Did not commit that right now (we first want full functionality).
