NVIDIA Vista 177.83 Stereo Driver - Lots of Fixes!

I used the stereo driver in vista 64 now and it works fine with a different video driver. I used anaglyph.
But the effect is not as i remembered u cannot see anything popping out the screen maybe because u don't have deept control. Everything is inside the monitor except for the nvidia test aplication that looks realli nice. I tested with call of duty 2, 4 , 5 and battle 4 midle earth.

You need to match the normal driver version with the stereo driver version, I had the same problem with conv not working in anaglyph.

When I use 174.76 stereo + 174.74 FW - convergence keys working. This "duet" was as default on Zalman "driver CD".
When I use 178.83 stereo + ANY new FW(released after 174.74) - convergence keys NOT working.
But I don"t test 178.83 ForceWare, because I can't find it...

So did anyone ever figure out if it's possible to enable pageflipping with 177.83 via registry edits?

If so, would someone list which values need to be changed to see "DDC VGA glasses (IO Display)" rather than ONLY anaglyph?


Like several other users, I'm trying to get stereo 3D with an HMD under Vista (using an 8800 series card).

The recent iZ3d drivers work, but they wash out the screen and cause artifacts.

If any of the z800 users were able to get 3D to work in Vista with the nvidia stereo drivers, please reply.

this is very Actually for me too (configuration 8800 GTX, Vista 32/xp sp2, and HMD z800 e-magin) cracking regedit does not help
