This is mainly intended for FOSS, not directly linked to VR, but I think it deserves mentioning here.

You can use it to enumerate software features that you want to pay money for, or want to be paid to develop. The code for the site's front-end is open source so you don't have to tie yourself to them, and IMO that makes them legit.
