We are opening our CES 2013 coverage with an in-depth interview with Palmer Luckey, Founder of Oculus VR and the inventor of the Oculus Rift. Palmer is a regular on MTBS' forums and has been a moderator with us for years. You've come to the right place for asking questions and sharing ideas with the Oculus team! Did we mention the whole interview was recorded in 3D?
We spiced the interview up with some surprises put together by MTBS' membership. Hope you like the way it turned out!

Re: MTBS-TV: Interview With Oculus VR at CES 2013
This is the first time I tried parallel free-viewing inside another parallel free-viewing 3D scene, except Palmer's head kept getting in the way. Very meta.
I hope this actually gets some sort of 6DOF tracking like Neil seems to want. He keeps trying to move his head closer to the fruit, but the Rift doesn't detect it. But it SHOULD be possible to detect partially with just an accelerometer, especially if the game knows where people are going to try to do that (only over the fruit stand).
I actually started converting that Back To The Future image to 3D but I didn't have time to finish it. Too bad, it would have been good for this video.
You didn't talk about the glasses. That's what I want to hear about. Did your glasses get in the way? Did they lower the FOV? How will this work for short-sighted people?
