MK3D: How to make 3D video

I get the MK3D aspect when one has a single video (if you need help, let me know!), but I'm trying to run two separate videos instead of losing quality with over/under or SBS video. I read something about a "TrackOperation" field which I cannot locate. Do I have to create this, and if so, how?
