Hi Guys!
Late last night, I watched "The Shining" with my wife, and man...what a scary movie! I've seen it before, but for some reason, I couldn't tear myself away.
SPOILER
Ok, I have some questions - see what you think:
1. Do you think Jack Nicholson's character was really taken over, or was he bad, and the ghost's just unlocked his evil nature?
2. How do you explain Jack's character being in the old hotel photo at the end of the movie?
3. What was the scariest moment for you in the movie?
4. Do you think you can handle staying in a deserted hotel for a winter?
SBTM! SBTM! SBTM!
Regards,
lieN

I looked it up on Wikipedia, and I thought this was funny:
NeilAccording to Stephen King, Stanley Kubrick called Stephen King during preproduction around 3 a.m. to ask "Aren't ghost stories really just an affirmation of an afterlife?" King did not necessarily agree. During the conversation, Kubrick asked flatly, "Do you believe in God?" King thought a minute and said, "Yeah, I think so." Kubrick replied, "No, I don't think there is a God", and hung up.
