Embed 3D videos "properly"

Post by yuriythebest »

seems it's possible to view 3d videos in 3d even not while on youtube:

hopefully mtbs can implement this, especially in the forums

Yes, I've known about this for ages. Not sure when it will happen on the site, hopefully soon.

I already made it possible on my website and know the bbcode its "bbcode usage" [youtube]{TEXT1}http://www.youtube.com/watch?v={TEXT2}[/youtube]

"html replacment" <iframe width="640" height="390" src="http://{TEXT1}www.youtube.com/embed/{TEXT2}" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I pm Neil a few months ago about it. I first seen it working at 3d vision blog. Not sure if it supports 3d vision though.

Just a heads-up that YouTube3D videos work in the main article pages thanks to the website upgrade. In the forums...not yet. Let me see what I can do.

Neil

This mod doesn't work on our forums for some reason - the YouTube page doesn't come up. Will have to research this. The main article pages support 3D, though.

Neil
