How do you upload an episode to youtube with youtube shows and all? You know how there is "Youtube Shows," Right? How do you upload a whole episode to youtube. I want to upload a 23 minute episode to youtube for youtube shows. Please help me?

Youtube has modified it's rules for videos longer than 10 minutes.
You now have to signup to the youtube partnership program. This program requires you to give more personnal information to youtube and allows youtube to overlay advertizing in your videos.

Caution : this program is not yet compatible with youtube 3D since the ads disable the 3D player. Do not signup if you intend to use the youtube 3D player.
