Green Bar + Hue at the bottom of my game

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but when I boot up my game on a 22" Hundai 3D monitor, with the S-3D Tridef DDD driver, there is a very prominent green bar at the bottom of the screen. I'm using a nVidia Geforce 8800 GTS, Vista.

During the menu or the load screen, there isn't a bar, but once the game actually loads it's there.

If anyone has any idea as to the problem I'd really appreciate it!
