Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not the cause. The other NPCs in that area were fine.

At first, I did think it was a convergence issue causing her teeth and lip to distort, until
I got close and saw how low poly her head was.

In the user ini
EnvironmentTextureDetailMode=Deprecated
CharacterTextureDetailMode=Deprecated
CharacterDetailMode=Low

There's probably a lot more low/deprecated settings for other things not listed.

Setting these to ultra helped, as well as not using TAA. Instead I used Nvidia's MFAA

I also added
rTonemapper.Sharpen=1
MotionBlurQuality=0

Hmm, I went online so that I could access Maurice's black Market and something updated.
Now the game looks almost as good as when I bought it, the LOD on assets is vastly improved.

This weeks weapons
Kaoson - Legendary Dahl SMG
Firestorm - Legendary Maliwan Sniper Rifle
The Dictator - Legendary Vladof Assault Rifle

BTW, if the variant that you want isn't there, new ones with different variants will spawn to replace the empty slots in the machine.
(I know, probable old news)

***BTW, UE4 had moved away from Polygon(devs can still use it, if they want) and implemented their own LOD bias***

via TEXTUREGROUP Properties https://docs.unrealengine.com/4.27/en-U ... dSettings/
and

old Simplygon (official depreciation noted)

Ughh, once again the game looks like crap.
I really wish that they would open up the config files or simply leave them alone.
Accidentally logged in while online and it hot fixed FTL

BTW, if you haven't seen it, they released the Tiny Tina DLC from Borderlands 2 as a standalone product.
Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure

lol, it's getting review bombed

I wonder if it was already planned or did their new parent company decide to do it? Gotta get that 1.3 Billion dollar investment back somehow ehh?

I saw it, and got excited when I saw on the Epic page they had it listed as Dx11 minimum, I figured *maybe* there was a chance they at least updated the UE3 engine build (and hoping my universal tool would find it's first practical use), but downloading and launching the game showed it running as DX9 after all.

For all we know this could be running on an earlier version of the engine than even the current BL2 build (since they didn't even bother to update to Dx11 ala BL1:GotY) so it might be worth checking if the original BL2 fix works for this still for anyone that's been jonesing to play this particular DLC in 3D.
