Vierio and Project 64?

Post by Namine207 »

Hello!

I've been trying to get Pokemon Snap running via Project 64 on the Oculus Rift. Using Tridef 3D, I was able to get stereoscopic 3d and the Rift view setup, but no head tracking, it seems. I've heard of other people getting Perception to work with Direct3D 9 applications like Halo: CE, and Project 64 has a Direct3D plugin. Is there any way that Perception could work with it?

Thanks!

It's possible, but would probably require some custom code to get it to work right.

Do you think it'd have to be a custom graphics plugin or edited emulator code? I'm hoping the former, since that'd be a lot easier than the latter.

No, I mean custom code in Perception to support the emulator.
