Prepare/convert standard video to Stereo w/warping (rift)?

Hi there.

I'm looking for a way to take a standard video (project in Final Cut at the moment) and convert it to 3d for the rift. Ideally I'd like to render the video as SBS 3d with warping for the Rift.

Does anyone know how this might be done?
