I was experimenting the other night with the screenshot capabilities in Halo 3, trying to generate some 3D scenes by taking two successive shots and moving the camera slightly between them. I was impressed at how well they ended up coming out; I'm looking at them on a Samsung 3D DLP TV and most of them look pretty amazing.
I saved a bunch of them as .jps files.. Check 'em out.

Wow! I wasn't expecting it to be this good. Now if only there were a way to play Halo 3 in 3D on the 360. That would definitely be a system seller! I just beat the game in Legendary a few days ago. It didn't look half as good as these screenshots do, and I play the game in 720p. The particle effects really pop!
