Have you heard of Realfiction Holding? A Danish company that develops a true holographic display technology. (no glasses will be needed) With proof of concept and patents, they aim for the major display-manufacturers to have the technology in their screens for sale at low cost as early as 2023.

Well, not true holographic display but a pretty cool OLED stereoscopic system that may simulate it well.
It combines multi-user eye ball tracking, frame sequential pulsed display (so one pulsed image per eyeball). The light is directed to eauch eyeball using two lens aray and an IR grid that activates precises zones in the OLED aray.

I imagine it may consume quite a big GPU power if there is a lot of persons in front of the display.
