Adding a "trusted program" for UAC?

I've got this performance/temp monitoring tool called Precision thats made for EVGA video cards. It will tell you the GPU core temps, let you adjust fan speeds, overclock the chips/ram, etc. Its for EVGA only I think, but its a great tool to see how your GPU is running with in-game OSD: http://www.evga.com/articles/405.asp

Anyway, I'm using this to set the fan speed on my video card. I want it to load at startup, but when it does that UAC permissions box pops up. Is there any way I can add this EVGA tool to like a list of "trusted programs" so I wouldn't have to OK it every time I start my computer?
