RealD, StereoGraphics EXXR and Nvidia Quadro 5000 help

Hello all,
We are trying to set up RealD glasses with a StereoGraphics EXXR and a Nvidia Quadro 5000 to play back BluRay 3D Video with Arcsoft Total Media Theater or PowerDVD. We can't seem to get the EXXR to transmit a signal to the glasses. This is a new card for us and I have no idea how to set it up for the EXXR. Can someone let me know some settings to get started?
