Petition to NVIDIA to bring back 3D support
Hey, look at this:
http://www.petitiononline.com/stereo3d/petition.html
We all should support this. It´s about continuing the 3d-Stereo support in the GeForce drivers.
Without the driver support all shutter glasses are useless!

I hope it's still young and there'll be a lot of other suscriptions
Who started it? I always thought MTBS is fighting for that aim and a petition like this might slow us down or throw us in the wrong direction
Let's see, how it develops.

a more practical thing to do is to bug eDimensional enough so that they start updating their drivers. use this form here:
http://edimensional.com/support_feedback.php
I've already sent them a message saying they should be more like iz3d and update their drivers.

I'm waiting patiently in silence for nvidia to unfold their plans regardin stereo 3D. It's out of logic that they won't support all the stereo 3D outputs they have always supported. Furthermore, this change is an indication that something is happening in the stereo 3D universe, so it could be even positive.
I'm also scared seeing all this private efforts of angry herds to force nvidia to follow their wills by the use of "subtle" methods like insult and blaming. I hope that these attitudes don't spoil it all if someone at nvidia gets tired of that. Though this online petition is on the polite side
We are used to have it all just when we want it at this side of the world. We must be patient.
And if at the end I'm wrong... well, my face will be very red

I agree with you, I´m sorry. If it is more worse than helpful you can erase my topic and the link to the petition.
It was just an attempt to increase our position, I was not mentioning it could result in the opposite.
Best regards!

Why thankyou!
I can't wait till my first foray into stereoscopic gaming. I'm practically salivating at the idea of playing Oblivion, Crysis, Bioshock and Mass Effect in 3D!
I just need to make sure my hardware is compatible. If at all possible could you reply in the thread:

Thanks for the warm welcome!
