I believe this is not aimed at consumers (unlike the Samsung 3D HDTV's for example). There have always been 3D products like these that are aimed at commerical/business customers, with corresponding commercial-level prices to match.

I'd like to know how they do it...
Maybe it has just a limited amount of 'hotspots', even if they don't say so.

It's got a nice resolution, and it might be quite expencive.
