Missing MSVCP110.dll?

Tried opening Perception, says i'm missing MSVCP.dll. I download said dll, and extract it to the /perception/bin/ folder and when I open it, i get a message saying "application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Help would be appreciated

Let me know if the problem persists after this. Remember to get the X86 version!
