Ironman 3 is a 3D conversion. The company that did this conversion did a great job. I thought the 3D added considerably to the immersion of the show. The DBOX seating does take a little getting use to. I do, however, feel the moving DBOX seat added to the enjoyment of the show. The movie itself was very, very entertaining to me. I am not a comic book reader. And I never have been. Marvel has made 4 great movies now with Ironman. Though the ticket price is steap for 3D and DBOX seating. I am willing to pay the extra for a couple of hours of great enertainment, that I can't get at home. This is a modern 2013 movie making show piece. And it comes with my highest recommendation.
Chief's score card:
Story: 9.0
Special Effects: 9.5
Music: 9.5
3D: 7.5-8.00
Kids/Adult Movie: Yes
DBOX seating: 6.5
A Final Score: 9.25
Cheers
